SENIOR DANCE
MOVEMENT THERAPY

The Positive Motion seniors program is a weekly, socially engaging dance class for older adults, designed to improve the quality of life for those with mild to moderate cognitive decline, Parkinson’s or arthritis. Participants join from the community as well as assisted living facilities. The program has been featured by the Emory School of Medicine- as the benefits of dance and healthy aging have been well documented. Join us each week for this class that will be sure to be the highlight of your week- whether you’re an older adult or a caregiver, TADA Foundation welcomes you. Participants may take the class in a wheelchair, seated, or standing.
